    I’ve read many things about mushroom’s which is why I always include it in all the food I cook as a chef. Considering all things that my customer will love the dish and the health benefits I include on those food. I’ve read the importance of antioxidant within our body so whenever I cook a salmon which is also rich in antioxidant too.

    My husband makes amazing Portobello mushroom burgers with cashews and garlic (we are both vegetarians).

    We just found a mushroom vendor at a local farmers market who sells all kinds of mushroom powder and concoctions. I agree though, buying mushroom powder is a good way to bypass eating them if you don’t like them…kind of like garlic pills etc. But personally I like to eat them!

    I guess when it come’s to supplying nutrient’s to our body no one could resist it no matter what the taste is just like this reishi mushroom that is very nutritious enough but not taking to much for it also has a side effects like dizziness, rushes and etc.What I love to do with this Reishi mushroom is mixing this one to a soup after soaking overnight then add the seasoning of my choice.Thus, healthy for everyone.
